Terms

1. Hardcore Italians may decline any request for any reason.
2. Content standards: no competing apparel brands, no political campaigns, no content that conflicts with the brand.
3. Paid posts carry the paid partnership label and run in Hardcore Italians' voice. Facts are verified with the client; copy is not subject to client approval.
4. Dates are confirmed by email, and the invoice is due on confirmation. A booking is final once the invoice is paid; dates are not held until then.
5. Cancel before the first post publishes and you get a full refund. After the first post publishes there are no refunds, except as described in item 6.
6. If a post in a multi-post campaign doesn't run, we reschedule it to a new agreed date. If we can't, that post is refunded at its share of the campaign price.
7. Hardcore Italians retains usage rights to all content it produces. Clients receive a link and performance screenshots.
8. No exclusivity is implied unless written into a signed agreement.
9. Hardcore Italians is not responsible for platform outages or algorithm changes.
